Driver’s License Renewal and MORE!
Tang Igit! Today, happened what would be one of the most embarrassing moments in my life.
After going through the hassle of getting my NBI Clearance the whole morning, I went to LTO SM Branch to have my driver’s license renewed [it should have been renewed before my birthday last January].
I presented my medical and drug test results at Window 4 to get the form. Filled it up. Waited for my number to be called. Had my picture taken and signed.
I was now waiting for my name to be called at the cashier. I was waiting for about 30mins when Window 3 [cashier] called up my name. Sa akong kataranta coz I was facebook-ing on my iPod, wala na ko kita nga naa diay extension ang tiil sa bench nga among gi ingkoran.
BOOM!
Nahapla lang man tawon ko sa salog sa LTO SM Branch. And it happened with lots and lots of people there. I got that second of my life that I wished I disappeared from that place. Pero i had to face the reality nga nahapla jud ko didto, in front of so many people.
But I stand up. Got some air. Smiled as if nothing happened. Got my iPod [i was actually trying to reach for my cellphone] and pretended to type something. And then payed at the cashier and went back to seat, put on my earphone, blasted the volume to full and thought how humiliating it was! I was laughing inside coz I know I can’t do anything about it.
When I got my license, I went out of the LTO office as fast as I can without looking back!
